There is currently almost no research on "anxiety disorder not otherwise specified (ADNOS)." This case report describes a transdiagnostic approach to the treatment of ADNOS, using a modular framework. The treatment was successful in the short term but not in the longer term. It is concluded that increasing the evidence base for transdiagnostic treatment of anxiety disorders is a clinical and research priority.
