Abstract/Summary

The description of the species Anthrenus minor Wollaston, 1865 (Coleoptera, Dermestidae) is very brief and inadequate given the number of species within the genus Anthrenus Geoffroy, 1762 currently known. An extended description is provided along with images of the habitus, antenna, aedeagus, male sternite IX, female sternite VIII and female tergite VIII. The global distribution of A. minor is illustrated.
