It is advisable to refer to the publisher's version if you intend to cite from this work. See Guidance on citing. Abstract/SummaryThe book introduces the reader to hedonic pricing methods and their application to estimating the economic effects of public goods for urban planning and management. Knowledge of the economic effects of public goods is essential for the optimal and fair allocation of public goods in the economy and the efficient use of public funds for their provision. Yet, compared to foreign countries, and especially to Anglo-Saxon countries, little attention has been paid to public goods evaluation in the Czech Republic.
