Abstract/Summary
This commentary highlights the US Department of Justice's announcement of the creation of a Procurement Collusion Strike Force (PCSF) intended to investigate and deter anti-competitive conduct that may occur in public procurement procedures. It reviews the composition of the PCSF, the information which informants should include in their complaints, and the Department of Justice's renewed focus on bid-rigging.
