In this paper, we will discuss the activities of the Chinese state and its comparative advantage in judgmental decision making during uncertainty. By exploring how the Chinese state has handled entrepreneurial events over the decades, we will gain insight into the role of entrepreneurial judgment and how it serves as the driving force of re-combinative innovation within the aerospace industry.
