Abstract/Summary

Recently, a group of researchers with expertise in food toxicology, nutrient composition analysis, cognition, and metabolism attended a mini-summit organized by the Mushroom Council to update current mushroom research findings, reflect on research accomplishments, identify continuing or new research gaps, and set priorities going forward. This present publication aims to summarize and share the expert insights and novel findings presented at the 2024 mini-summit.
