Professor Lovegrove is the head of theHugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition at the University of Reading. ProfessorLovegrove, who was nominated for the BNF Prize for her outstanding contributionto nutritional sciences has published over 300 scientific papers and madea major contribution to establishing the relevance of dietary fat quality in thedevelopment and prevention of cardiometabolic disease.
